Central Mississippi Health Services, Inc., is a non- profit 501 (c ) (6) organization established in 1962 by its’ Executive Director Dr. Robert Smith in his efforts to improve access to health care for the medically underserved and indigent populations of Hinds County.

Central Mississippi Health Services’ mission is to provide quality primary care services, in an environment that preserves human dignity and cultural sensitivity, through a community user-based organization, to populations which face significant barriers in accessing the health care system. This mission is accomplished by the center’s qualified physicians and staff who are committed to carrying out this mission.

Offering a wide range of medical/surgical services including but not limited to the following: family medical care, prenatal care, routine health and preventive health assessments, in-patient hospital care, pediatric care, social services and pulmonary care.
