The Health House will have a formal affiliation with a community clinic (Level 2) staffed by physians and/or Certified Nurse Practitioners for back-up, referral and follow-up. The clinic will provide a level of primary care that is beyond the competence of the Community Health Workers. It wil also serve as a clinical rotation site for students in medicine, public health, social work and other health related disciplines.
